*2016 returns represent performance of the Funds bank portfolio, a separate account within the Fund which focused on the Financials sector. 2017 and 2018 returns reflect Fund performance after it revised its strategy to focus on the Financials sector. The return shown represents the portfolio performance net of management, performance and other fees of Class B Limited Partners. Class B Limited Partners management fee is 1.0% per annum and performance fee is 10.0%, subject to a high-water mark. Inception date set as 1/1/2016, the date on which Financials sector performance was isolated for the Fund within a sub-account. Annual Fund-level performance is provided in the Appendix.

  • First Trust NASDAQ ABA Community Bank ETF (QABA) – The ETF seeks to track the investment results of the NASDAQ OMX ABA Community Bank Index (ABQX), but excluding any of the 50 largest banks or thrifts and their holding companies based on asset size as determined by the most recently available call report data as compiled by the FDIC, and any banks or thrifts classified as having an “international specialization” or a “credit-card specialization”.
  • Invesco S&P SmallCap Financials ETF (PSCF) – The ETF is based on the S&P SmallCap 600 Capped Financials & Real Estate Index (SPSU6FT), and normally invests at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the overall performance of common stocks of US financial services companies – principally engaged in the business of providing services and products, including banking, investment services, insurance and real estate finance services.
