Investment Specialties

We focus our research on three types of investments:

• Convertible securities: Convertible securities combine the income features of bonds with the growth features of stocks. They are corporate bonds or preferred stocks that can be converted to common stock.
• Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs): Companies that manage large pools of real estate create REITs, which provide investors with an opportunity to enjoy high-yield dividends and to own a diverse range of real estate assets managed by professionals.
• Dividend-paying securities: Like convertibles and REITs, dividend-paying securities provide income, regardless of the performance of the underlying security. In addition, dividends are taxed at a rate of only 15%.
